Rustic charm with a twist
Our stay in the cabin was enchanting, featuring a cozy queen size bed and a rustic vibe that instantly felt like home.
However, the mattress on the bunk beds left much to be desired – sleeping on a pad was uncomfortable, making for restless nights.

Came for the culinary vibes and wasn't disappointed! Hit up Mornin' Sunshine Coffee House for some killer brews then indulged in some meaty goodness at Red Shed Smoke Shack. Plus, the pool was a sweet escape from the heat with the town's charming views right outside our door.
The breakfast spread was a major letdown—think sad bagels and missing waffle batter. Plus, our room’s blinds were more decorative than functional. I had to cover the window with a bedsheet. At least we scored a free can of corn in the fridge.

The friendly staff made checking in a breeze. I loved that the hotel was close to the beautiful hot springs and walking paths by the river. It had a fridge and microwave in the room, which was super convenient for late-night snacks. However, the bathroom needed some repairs—water faucets didn't work well, and the towels felt quite worn out. The air conditioning unit was on the wall, making it tough to enjoy the porch without noise. The location is a plus but it really needs updates in several areas.

The room had a nice layout but was uncomfortably dirty during our stay.

The room was decent for a quick stay. We had 2 Queen Beds and they were pretty comfy. Just the usual vibes for a budget place, nothing fancy but functional. Cleanliness was good, which is always a plus. The front desk staff was really friendly, even late at night. Overall, it met our needs for the trip.

missingWrote a review on 12 Julconvenient locationcool air conditionerunclean sheets
The location offers easy access to nearby attractions, making it convenient for spontaneous adventures. The air conditioner kept the room cool during the summer, a necessity after long days exploring.
The pool wasn’t exactly inviting. the water had leaves and bugs floating around with no furniture to lounge on. There was no shade. Breakfast left much to be desired. the waffle batter was excessively thin, prompting a rethink of its very existence. The maintenance work near our window air conditioner at dawn was a rude awakening, especially since the curtains covered the unit awkwardly and made privacy a challenge. Then there were the towels—more gray than white, with some clearly used for shoe shines, giving off a dirty vibe. The sheets had hairs from previous guests, raising serious questions about cleanliness. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were never changed at all.

Had a great time with friends! We visited Black Hills Putt 4 Fun and Angostura Recreation Area, which were both a blast. The staff was friendly, and the beds were clean. Plus, the hotel had plenty of parking. Definitely check out the hiking spots nearby. they were awesome.
The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower, which was a bit annoying after a long day of activities.

Great price and great sleep
I was kinda worried when I first got there, the place looks like it needs some TLC. But inside my room? Totally clean and super comfy bed! I also liked the breakfast options. perfect way to start my day. Only thing was the staff could be hard to understand at times, but I'd still come back for the rest.

clean room but lacking in building maintenance
The room I stayed in featured a comfortable bed with pristine linens that were clearly well-maintained. The new pillows provided excellent support during my sleep. I also enjoyed the beautiful river view, which added a nice touch to my stay.
The exterior of the building looked worn and in need of repair.
