Spotless room, comfortable bed, new pillows. Wonderful location, close to attractions and amenities. Attentive management, great price. Lovely views, convenient parking, bonus pool. Nice breakfast option in lobby.

We had a really comfortable experience. Our children and we thoroughly enjoyed being there. Booked a room with a queen bed. It was in a marvellous and awesome location just next door to the lovely historic center of Hot Springs, cafes and coffee bar, and other parks. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Bourbon County that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

It was a quite comfortable experience. The hotel had an awesome location just walking distance from Historic Pioneer Museum.

I liked the spacious room with a comfy queen bed and the great location close to restaurants, beautiful hot springs, and the river walkway; )))

The location in the middle of Hot Springs was great. There were walking paths nearby.

The property needed some care and attention. The air conditioners had recently been replaced, but everything else was tired, old. and not maintained. We had to ask the manager to unlock the pool in the morning, he came out and skimmed it, but did not bother to pick up the used towels lying around or bring fresh towels. The breakfast was waffles, bagels with no cream cheese, a loaf of bread and a box of cereal.

Coffee was always hot. The restaurant had a good selection of food. The staff was very courteous.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. the rooms were spotless, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including freshly made waffles.

When eating breakfast the power that the waffle iron was plugged into kept loosing connection in the extension cord so it would shut they would have to come turn it back on so my waffle was not completely done

Great spot for families. The hotel is right by the river, which was amazing. It was super convenient to walk over to Bourbon County for some dinner 🍴.

WiFi was pretty minimal. New AC and the curtain had to be crunched up on the AC unit as it was not changed after the AC was put in.

The hotel has a clean pool which was enjoyable. the location is comfortable, close to restaurants, beautiful hot springs, a river walkway, historic area. the setting is beautiful.

Very nice owner. We felt very welcome. Clean. I can tell that a lot of pride is put into this motel. Great location.
